1 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
1 cn (28 oz) tomatoes with
-liquid; cut up
16 oz Sauerkraut; rinsed,drained
1-1/2 c Cooked rice
1 md Green pepper; chopped
Potluck Special Preparation
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients; transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
