2 lg Eggs
2/3 c Milk
1 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Oregano
1 Cup+ tomato sauce
1 c Shredded mozzarella
1 sm Can mushrooms drained
Salt and pepper
Pour in the Pan Pizza Pancake Preparation
In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, seasonings. Pour batter into a greased 12 inch round pizza pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven to form crust . It should appear set. Remove from oven and spread on sauce, cheese and mushrooms. Return to oven to bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
