Cooking Ingredients for Pretzel Jello Salad Recipe
2 c Crushed pretzels (not fine)
3/4 c Melted butter
3 tb Sugar
8 oz Cream cheese
10 oz Pkgs
1 c Sugar
9 oz Cool whip
2 sm Strawberry jello
2 c Boiling water
20 oz Frzn strawberries
Pretzel Jello Salad Preparation
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Put in 9×13 pan and bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 c sugar and cool whip. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Add 2 c of boiling water to 2 small strawberry jello. Add 2 10-oz pkgs frozen strawberries to jello and let set for 10 minutes. Pour over cheese mixture & refrigerate until jello sets.
