10 Ripe cactus fruits; peeled
-and mashed
1 ga Milk
Prickly Pear Ice Cream Preparation
Mix mashed fruit and milk together in ice cream maker. Don”t add sugar or honey, since cactus fruit is sweet enough. Process according to manufacturer”s instructions.
