Cooking Ingredients for Prize Winning Potato Salad Recipe
16 lb Baking potatoes; peeled,
-cooked and cubed
32 Hard cooked eggs; chopped
2 lb Sliced bacon; cooked and
-crumbled
16 Green onions; thinly sliced
4 c Mayo or salad dressing
4 c (32 ounces) sour cream
1 c Prepared horseradish
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley
2 tb Salt
2 tb Pepper
Prize Winning Potato Salad Preparation
