Cooking Ingredients for Pronto Pup Mix Recipe

1 Bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake
-mix
1 c Yellow corn meal
1 tb Dry mustard
1 -(up to)
2 ts Cayenne (ground red pepper)
1 tb Baking powder

Pronto Pup Mix Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future use. For a regular batch, use 3 cups of the mix and add just enough water to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil. From a collection of my mother”s (Judy Hosey) recipe box which contained lots of her favorite recipes, clippings, etc.
