Cooking Ingredients for Sausage Cups Recipe

1 lb Ground sausage, cooked &
-crumbled
1/4 c Margarine
1/2 Cupped green onion, chopped
-fine
1 c Mushroom, chopped
1/2 c Olives, chopped
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Flour
1 qt Heavy whipping cream
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
24 Phyllo tarts, or tart shells

Sausage Cups Preparation

Melt margaine and cook onion utnil soft. Add mushrooms, olives, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour, stirring constanly. Pour in cream and bring to a boil. Add sausage. Reduce heat and simmer till thick. Prebake shells if they need to be. Fill dough cups with mixture, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
