Italian sausage
Onions
Green peppers
Red peppers; (optional)
Tomato sauce; (your choice)
Cheese; grated (your choice)
Sausage Delight Preparation
Cut sausage in bite-sized pieces. Bake sausage in oven at 350 degrees until almost done. Drain drippings from sausage. Cut up onions, green and red peppers and put on top of sausage and bake for 5 minutes. Then pour tomato sauce over sausages, onions and peppers, cover with cheese of your choice and bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta or eat alone with your choice of bread (rolls, Italian or garlic).
