1 lb Pork sausage; browned &

2 c Milk
1/4 ts Salt
3 sl Bread; torn into sm. pieces
Sausage Egg Casserole Preparation
From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@aol.com> The night before, combine eggs, cheese, salt, mustard and milk; set aside. Butter a baking dish and arrange bread pieces on bottom, spread sausage over this, then pour egg mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with plastic and refrigerate overnight.
