Cooking Ingredients for Sausage Meat Balls Recipe

1 lb Hot sausage
1 Egg; beaten
1/3 c Bread crumbs
1/2 ts Sage
1/2 c Ketchup
1/2 c Chili sauce
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Soy sauce
1-1/2 tb Vinegar

Sausage Meat Balls Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on an edged cookie sheet and bake at 425o for 20 minutes. While sausage balls are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Add cooked sausage balls to sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
