2 c Pancake mix; prepared
1-1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 tb Butter; melted
1 cn (12-oz) corn -or-
1-1/2 c Frozen corn

In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and butter; stir gently just to moisten. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 inch (3L) greased baking dish. Lay sausage on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup. NOTES: For a delightful brunch idea, serve this with a fresh fruit salad.
