1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Oregano leaves
1/2 ts Salt
1 Cut up 3 lb broiler fryer

Savory Baked Chicken Preparation

Combine dressing, juice & spices; mix well. Pour over chicken; chill several hours or overnight. Reserve mixture; place chicken, skin side up, on rack in baking pan. Bake 425 for 40 minutes, brushing occasionally with mixture.
