Cooking Ingredients for Savory Yogurt Topping Recipe
3/4 c Strained nonfat plain yogurt
1 tb Fresh parsley, minced
1 tb Fresh chives, minced
1/2 ts Maple syrup, pure
1/8 ts Ground black pepper
1 tb White wine, optional
Savory Yogurt Topping Preparation
Gently blend all ingredients together. The maple syrup does not make this sweet; it simply takes off the sharp bite of the yogurt. CAUTION: If you overstir strained yogurt, it will become thin.
