1 c Fresh lime juice
6 cl Garlic – minced
1 Red pepper julienne
2 Jalapeno julienne
2 Roma tomato – chopped
3 tb Cilantro – chopped
1/2 c Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut scallops into thirds. Place the scallops in a bowl and add ingredients. Let stand 20-30 min before serving. do not keep more than 2-3 hours.
