4 Peaches, ripe, peeled
1/4 c Peach Schnapps
1/2 c Whipping Cream
1 Orange, juice, grated rind

Schnapped Peaches Preparation

Servings: 4 Slice peaches thinly and place in a bowl. Pour peach schnapps over fruit and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip cream until it holds its shape.
