Cooking Ingredients for Scotch Toast Recipe

4 Heated oatcakes
Fish paste
2 Eggs
2 tb Butter
1 Pinches cayenne pepper
2 tb Browned bread crumbs

Scotch Toast Preparation

Make sure oatcakes are hot. Melt butter in a pan, add 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, fish paste, pepper. Stir until thick. Pile mixture on top of oatcakes. Sprinkle with browned bread crumbs; serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster. NOTES : This little savoury sounds rather odd when scanning the ingredients, but it”s really very tasty.
