3 tb Butter
1/2 ts Curry powder
4 Eggs
1/4 c Tomato sauce
Scrambled Eggs a L indienne Preparation
Saute onions in butter until soft, about 10 minutes. Add curry powder and stir well. Beat eggs slightly, add the tomato sauce and blend.
