Cooking Ingredients for Sea Foam Salad Recipe

1 c Boiling water; (or pear
-juice)
1 pk Lime jello; 3 oz size
6 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Whipping cream; whipped Or 1
-cup cool whip
29 oz Can lite pears; Drained and
-diced
1 cn Crushed pineapple; -small
-can-drained

Sea Foam Salad Preparation

Mix boiling water and jello; let cool to lukewarm. Mix with cream cheese and whipped cream with electric beater until well blended. Let sit in refrigerator until partially set. Mix in fruit and mold in 6-cup ring mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Serves 12.
