Cooking Ingredients for Seafood Luncheon Casserole Recipe
1 cn (6.5-oz) crabmeat; drained
-& flaked
1 cn (5-oz) small shrimp; drained
1 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
3 tb Chopped onion
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1 c Bread cubes or herb-seasoned
-stuffing mix
Seafood Luncheon Casserole Preparation
Combine crab meat, shrimp, celery, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise, Worcestershire & salt. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Heat bread cubes in butter; place on top of seafood mixture.
