2 oz Sea scallops
2 oz Salmon; diced
2 oz Shrimp
2 tb Mushrooms
1 ts Green onion; chopped
1 ts Olive oil
4 oz Heavy cream
1 oz Grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz Chardonnay
Salt and pepper to taste
Seafood Saute Mornay Preparation
Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon. Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil.
