Cooking Ingredients for Seitan Bourguinon Recipe
3 md Onions; sliced
1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced
1/2 c Water
2 c Seitan; cubed
1 c Red wine
1-1/2 c Vegetable broth
1/3 c Soy sauce
1/4 ts Dried marjoram
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1/8 ts Black pepper
1-1/2 tb Cornstarch; mixed w/1/4 c

Seitan Bourguinon Preparation
Place the onion and mushrooms in a large pot with the water. Saute for about 15 minutes or til tender. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cornstarch mixture. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Serve over grains.
