Cooking Ingredients for Sesame Fruit Salad Recipe

2 lg Bananas, peeled, sliced
1 lg Red apple, diced
1 c Small green seedless grapes
1/2 c Sour cream
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Ground cardamom
1 tb Toasted sesame seed*

Sesame Fruit Salad Preparation

NOTE: To toast sesame seed, spread seeds in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until golden brown. In medium bowl; combine fruit. In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and cardamom. Spoon the sour cream mixture over the fruit and toss gently to blend. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
