1/2 c Peanut oil
1/2 c Toasted sesame oil
10 Dried Bird s Eye (Chinese)

Sesame Hot Oil Preparation

Sesame Hot Oil – (My favorite for Dim Sum and Pit Beef or Pork): Heat peanut oil to about 350 and add peppers. Cook 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add sesame oil. Pour into a storage container.
