Cooking Ingredients for Sesame Ramen Chicken Salad Recipe
2 pk (3 oz) Chicken Flavored
-Ramen Noodles; broken &
-cooked drained/cooled
6 c Green cabbage; shredded
3 c Diced cooked chicken
1 c Celery; thinly sliced
1 c Green onions; sliced
1/2 c Carrots; shredded
1/2 c Oil
1/3 c Rice vinegar
3 tb Sugar
2 tb Toasted sesame seeds
1 tb Soy sauce
1-1/2 ts Salt
3/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Minced fresh garlic
Sesame Ramen Chicken Salad Preparation
Cook Ramen Noodles in enough water to cover, adding flavor pkts. In a large bowl, toss together ramen noodles, cabbage, chicken, celery, onions and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until all ingreidents are well coated. Chill for 1 hour before serving. NOTES : Can use diced cooked turkey as substitute for chicken. This was delicious.
