Cooking Ingredients for Seven-Up Salad Recipe

1 pk (3-oz) lemon or lime gelatin
1 c Hot water
1 c 7-up
2 Bananas; mashed
2 c Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (15.5-oz) crushed pineapple;
-drained; reserve juice
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Sugar
Pineapple juice
1 Egg
1/2 pt Cream; whipped
1/4 c Chopped nuts

Seven-Up Salad Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add 7-up, banana, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine flour, sugar and juice. Beat in egg. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Add cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts.
