2 c Hot boiled sweet potatoes;
-mashed
1/2 c Vegetable shortening
1 ts Salt
1-1/2 c White flour
1/4 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Baking powder
Sharon s Mother s Sweet Potato Biscuits Preparation
Combine sweet potatoes, shortening, and salt. Set aside to cool. When cool, combine with other ingredients. (If the dough is too sticky to roll, add more flour.)
