Cooking Ingredients for Sherbet Punch Recipe

4-1/2 c Sugar
3 c Lemon juice
2-1/2 c Pineapple juice
1 qt Ginger ale or champagne or
-white table wine
2 qt Sherbet; (up to 3)
1 qt Water
3 c Orange juice
2 c Water

Sherbet Punch Preparation

Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
