1/2 ts Garlic powder

Shirt Tail Chicken Preparation
Well tonight I fix my very own Shirt tail Chicken this stuff is great…… I fix it on the webber with indirect cooking I take chicken thighs and pull the skin up and coat with paprika and garlic powder and salt and pepper…… I make a shake of it note: you can add a little red pepper to kick it up a little WHAM Cover the bear skin and then pull it skin back over to cover……. Or its Shirt Tail then put in the webber and smoke/bake for 50 to 60 minutes……. depending on the the size of the thighs you may have to cook and extra 15 minutes this stuff is great…. at least I like it ! ! !
