1 sm Thinly sliced tomato
1 sm Thinly sliced red onion
6 Fresh spinach leaves
– (no stems)
6 sl Turkey
6 sl Boiled ham
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 Peeled thinly sliced cuke
1 Loaf round sourdough bread

Shore Leave Picnic Loaf Preparation

From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@wizard.com> Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:05 -0700 Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center leaving 1/2 shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with remaining ingredients. Cover top of bread loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
