Cooking Ingredients for Shredded Cucumbers Recipe

2 Cucumbers
Salt
1/2 Clove garlic
1 tb Light soy sauce
1 tb Peanut oil
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Vinegar

Shredded Cucumbers Preparation

1. Peel and shred cucumbers. Sprinkle well with salt. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, then drain. 2. Mince garlic, then combine with soy sauce, peanut oil, sugar and vinegar, blending well.
