11 fl Boiling water -1 cup plus 3

3 tb Honey
2 c Bread flour; or unbleached
-flour
3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1-1/4 ts Salt
1-1/2 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 tb Wheat germ
2 tb Butter
2 ts Active dry yeast

Shredded Wheat Bread (Abm) Preparation

Crumble shredded wheat biscuits into bread machine pan. Add honey and boiling water, stir and let stand 20 to 30 minutes, until lukewarm.
