2 Bottles beer
3 Leeks chopped
2 Onions, chopped
3 Sprigs parsley
1 Stalk celery
1 Bay leaf
6 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
2 lb Shrimp
-salt and pepper

Shrimp in Beer Preparation

Simmer beer with leeks, onions, parsley, bay leaf and celery 15 minutes. Strain out vegetables. Melt butter; blend in flour. Add beer slowly, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened.
