Cooking Ingredients for Shrimp Stock Recipe

3 Shrimp
1 c Wine
1 c Water
3 oz Celery
3 oz Carrot
3 oz Onion
3 Peppercorns, white
1 Bay leaf

Shrimp Stock Preparation

Clean shrimp and set aside. In saucepan, add shells to the remaining ingredients and reduce very slowly for 1 hour and strain. (Pat”s note: Reduction percentage NOT provided; estimate half.)
