2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sour cream
3/4 c Bottled red chili sauce
1/4 ts Tabasco
4 ts A-1 sauce
2 tb Finely chopped chives or
-green onion tops
-Black pepper to taste
1/3 c Vodka
-Cooked shrimp for dipping

Shrimp with Vodka Dip Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients but shrimp in a small bowl until combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to blend. * The dip may be refrigerated overnight, if desired. Before serving, place the dip in a serving bowl and surround with shrimp. Makes 3-1/2 cups.
