Cooking Ingredients for Black Bean Salsa Recipe
2 cn (15-oz) black beans; or the
-equivalent of fresh soaked
-beans; rinsed and drained
1 cn (17-oz) whole kernel corn;
-drained
3 Tomatoes; coarsely chopped
1 lg Avocado; peeled and
-chopped
1 lg Onion; chopped (can use
-any type: purple; vidalia,
-etc)
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro -or-
1 ts Dried parsley
4 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
Black Bean Salsa Preparation
