1/4 c Raisins
1 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 c Plus
2 tb Milk
1 Egg white or
2 tb Prepared Just whites

submitted by: LeiG@aol.com Heat oven to 450 degrees put raisins to soak in milk beat egg white a little to froth. mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Pat into a well greased small skillet (about 6 inches). Bake about 12 minutes. cut into wedge-shaped pieces. serve hot with butter.
