Cooking Ingredients for Skinny Dip Dressing Yogurt-Buttermilk Recipe
1 c Low-fat buttermilk
1 Clove garlic
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Fresh basil
2 tb Fresh parsley
2 tb Fresh tarragon
1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce; Tabasco
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground white pepper
1 c Plain lowfat yogurt
Skinny Dip Dressing Yogurt-Buttermilk Preparation
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in yogurt. Taste to adjust seasonings.
