2/3 c Water; lukewarm
2 tb Shortening
1 ts Salt
Slippery Dumplings Preparation
Sift flour in mixing bowl. Add salt, and mix in shortening. Add water, a small amount at a time, until dough is soft but not sticky; knead well. Roll very thin. Flour well while rolling.
