Cooking Ingredients for Smoked Brisket Recipe
3 lb Beef brisket; (up to 4)
1/4 c Liquid smoke
1/2 ts Celery salt
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Onion powder
Smoked Brisket Preparation
Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke and seasonings. Wrap well in large piece of aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight if desired.
