3 Mini cornbread loaves; warm,
-split lengthwise

Black-Eye Pea Skillet Preparation

Brown beef and drain. Stir in green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cornbread.
