Cooking Ingredients for Blanc – Mange Recipe

2 c Milk
2 tb Sugar
3-1/2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Blanc – Mange Preparation

In saucepan put the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk slowly & stir, Put on medium heat and stir until thickened & let cook a min. or two.
