Cooking Ingredients for Blanco Bean Dip Recipe
15 oz White beans; canned, rinsed
-and drained
1 tb Lime or lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 ts Olive oil
1/4 ts Ground cumin
1/4 ts Dried oregano
Blanco Bean Dip Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated.
