Cooking Ingredients for Bleu Cheese Roll Recipe

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; room
-temperature
1 pk Cold pack bleu cheese;
-softened
1 tb Shallots; finely chopped
Pecans; chopped
Tiger Sauce (hot sweet &
-sour sauce) to taste

Bleu Cheese Roll Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about 3/4 cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
