Cooking Ingredients for Bloody Mary Chicken Recipe
1 Whole chicken; cut up
1 c Tomato juice
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Celery seed
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Hot sauce
Bloody Mary Chicken Preparation
Place the chicken in a deep baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cover and bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about forty minutes. Ovens may vary. Serve over rice, accompanied by your choice of vegetable. Note: If you would like a 1/4 cup of vodka can be added to the sauce.
