Cooking Ingredients for Blueberry Bread 2 Recipe

1 c Sugar
2 tb Butter
2 Eggs; beaten
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Dean s light sour cream
2 c Blueberries

Blueberry Bread 2 Preparation

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar (& nutmeg, optional). Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack before slicing.
