Cooking Ingredients for Bohemia Rice Stuffing Recipe
3 c Cooked rice
2 tb Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg
1 tb Soft butter
1 md Onion
Giblets
5 lb Chicken or duck
Bohemia Rice Stuffing Preparation
Combine all ingredients except onion, giblets and duck. Boil onion and giblets until almost tender; grind in food grinder. Add to rice mixture and stir. Pack chicken or duck with stuffing as roast as usual. Left-over stuffing can be baked in a buttered casserole.
