Cooking Ingredients for Bourbon Barbecue Sauce Recipe
1 c Catsup
1/3 c Bourbon
1/4 c White vinegar
1/4 c Molasses
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
Bourbon Barbecue Sauce Preparation
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Use sauce to baste pork or beef when grilling. Makes 2 cups.
