Cooking Ingredients for Bourbon Steak 2 Recipe

1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Bourbon
1 cl Garlic,pressed or minced
1/4 ts Grated ginger
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 thick steaks

Bourbon Steak 2 Preparation

Combine everything in a shallow dish.Marinate the steaks for at least two hours.(I like to tenderize them first.) Grill over a charcoal fire.Best when served with a foil baked potato fresh from the coals.Makes 1 serving.
