Cooking Ingredients for Brandy (Kahlua) Balls Recipe
2-1/2 c Vanilla wafer cookies;*,
-crumbled
1 c Sifted powdered sugar
2 tb Unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c Brandy or Kahlua
1 c Walnuts or pecans;, finely
-chopped
3 tb Light corn syrup
Powdered sugar
Brandy (Kahlua) Balls Preparation
Place cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa, brandy or Kahlua, nuts and corn syrup in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Shape by hand into round balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat. Store in an airtight container for at least one day before serving to allow flavors to mingle. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
