1/2 c Diced onion
3 ts Brown/white sugar
1 ts Salt
1/3 ts Black pepper – coarse
1-1/2 ts Dry sage, (10 1/4 oz.)
1-1/2 ts Celery seeds
1-1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
3-1/2 c Bread flour*
1-1/2 ts Yeast
